Company Reference

This service should be used when a tenancy agreement is being drawn up in a company's name rather than an individual. A full analysis of balance sheet and profit and loss, assessing the financial suitability of the company is carried out. Details of directors and shareholders are analysed giving an all round opinion of the suitability of the company and their ability to discharge their rental liabilities. All responses are sent by fax or post. Once the company has passed our full reference you are then eligible to take out any of our warranty products which provide cover for legal expenses and non-payment of rent.
