	Paragon Advance launch second of two new websites Published on: Tuesday, January 12, 2010 December 2009 saw Paragon Advance, provider of products and services to the lettings industry, launch the second of their two new websites. Set up to extend the reach of their services to members of the general public who have an interest in the lettings industry, more specifically private landlords and tenants, the idea behind the re-design was to modernise the site with a vibrant new look, whilst ensuring the services Paragon Advance can provide were available to view in a user friendly format. On completion of a simple registration form, landlords are enabled access to all services including the company's administration site where they can submit applications online, track progress of their existing applications and manage their account fully. As well as providing a diverse range of services such as tenant referencing, insurance, rent warranties, debt recovery, eviction service, mortgages and property investment opportunities, the new site also offers a “search for a letting agent” facility. This aims to provide the tenant or landlord with peace of mind that they will receive a reputable list of lettings agents. Bryn Cole, Managing Director of Paragon Advance comments: "The two month re-design was carried out by our Project Manager, Bekki Cole, and Katie Simms our IT Systems Developer, and was the result of a process which included analysis of what our customers are looking for and want to know about.” The new website completes the final stage of an integrated communications plan which started back in September with the launch of Paragon's sister company site, which was designed more with agents in mind.
