	Paragon Investment Properties goes global Published on: Tuesday, January 19, 2010 Paragon Investment Properties have set up a new division devoted to handling larger deals in both the residential and commercial sector, commodities and private funding. Paul Abbott, Head of Property and Mortgages comments: “PIP Global came about partly as a result of the market conditions of 2009. Whilst a proportion of our client bank was either unable or unwilling to invest, a number of the larger players and funds were keen to capitalise on the incentives available and which their buying power commanded. "Dealing more closely with these types of institutional investors led to further business opportunities, for example private funding and requests for commodities. A dedicated website has been designed to complement the existing website and provides a more appropriate route to bring deals to the market and also to offer a better representation of the services available to these types of clients. "Another consideration taken into account was some of the deals being offered needed to be marketed in a discreet manner and we were unable to advertise them in the traditional route via Paragon Investment Properties. PIP Global differs in that we don't actually advertise specific deals but merely hint at what is available or mention specific requirements in a subtle and professional manner."
